We are looking for a beginner-friendly Medical Writing Quality Assistant to help check and improve documents used in regulated healthcare settings. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
Roles: Review written documents for accuracy and consistency. Help test and evaluate AI-generated content, spot unusual or unclear cases, and flag them. Turn document guidelines into clear, simple notes that technical teams can follow. Work closely with writers and product teams to keep content quality high.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full training provided; ongoing remote work available.
Skills/background needed: A keen eye for detail and good written communication. Willingness to learn document quality checks and follow clear guidelines. Comfort using everyday tools like Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Curiosity about healthcare documents and AI tools is a plus, but full training is given.
