Overview
In this entry-level remote medical writing role, you will help translate complex health and science information into clear, accessible content for a range of readers. Full training is provided, so no prior writing experience is necessary. You will learn how to shape messages for different audiences and channels while working alongside a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Rewrite scientific information into plain, easy-to-read language. Help plan communication approaches that match audience needs and knowledge levels. Draft content such as short articles, summaries, presentations, and simple visual explainers. Adjust tone and style to suit each audience and format. Track drafts through to final delivery with guidance from the team. Keep your knowledge of key health topics current. Work with writers and reviewers to gather accurate information.
Skills/background needed
A degree in a relevant field is helpful but not essential. Interest in health, science, or writing is a plus. Clear writing and good communication. Comfortable working with different types of readers. Organised and detail-focused. Willing to learn new subject areas. Able to work with a remote team.
