We are looking for a beginner-friendly documentation writer to create, maintain, and improve clear, accurate technical content for healthcare products and solutions. This is a fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles:
Develop easy-to-follow documentation for users, service engineers, and operators. Work with product managers, engineers, and support teams to keep materials accurate. Prepare and update instruction materials, help with documentation reviews, and follow quality and regulatory requirements with guidance from the team.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required — we provide full training. You need clear writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Comfort using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and email is helpful. A supportive, beginner-welcome environment with room to grow.
