This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided — no prior experience required. Roles: Respond to customer questions over online chat, provide friendly and accurate support, keep track of conversations, and work with the team to keep customers happy.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary. Comfortable using a computer, basic typing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are helpful. A detail-oriented self-starter who can multi-task and communicate clearly will do well. Full training is provided.
