We are looking for a friendly and motivated Entry Level IT Support Engineer to join our fully remote team. This is a great opportunity if you are new to IT support and want to build your skills in a supportive environment. Full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
Roles: Provide remote technical support to end users via a ticketing system, assist with Windows and MacOS operating systems, help set up and troubleshoot hardware, support email systems, and configure video meeting platforms. You will also use common office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Skills/background needed: No previous experience required. We look for a friendly attitude, basic computer comfort, good problem-solving skills, and clear communication. You should be able to prioritize simple tasks and willing to learn new tools. Full training is provided.
