We are looking for a Content Writer to create clear, helpful articles for a customer help centre. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience required.
What you will do
• Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into easy-to-read articles.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements.
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
What we are looking for
• Curiosity about how things work.
• Strong editing habits.
• A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
• Basic SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Working arrangement
• Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days.
• Work from home, fully remote — work from anywhere.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
