Roles: Entry-level Estimate Writer
We are looking for beginner-friendly Estimate Writers to join our roster. In this fully remote role, you will work with field representatives, adjusters, clients, and customers to produce accurate estimates for damage assessments and loss evaluations. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
Review inspection documentation, photographs, and scope sheets to develop estimates.
Create accurate diagrams and estimates using standard estimating software.
Communicate with team members to resolve questions about scope.
Complete and submit estimates for insurance carriers.
Handle estimating inquiries and provide clear explanations to clients and adjusters.
Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
Update job status in company software.
Skills/background needed:
Willingness to learn estimating software and processes.
Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management and ability to multitask.
Professional written and oral communication skills.
High school graduate (some college preferred).
Any prior exposure to estimating, adjusting, or claims is a plus, but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
