Roles: We are looking for an entry-level writer to help create clear, helpful documentation for people who use our technology products. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so you do not need prior professional experience to get started.
What you will do:
Write and improve guides, how-to articles, and reference content that help users understand our products quickly. Organise content so it is easy to find and follow. Use simple writing tools and templates to keep quality consistent. Review feedback and update content so it stays accurate and reader-friendly. Work with a supportive remote team and learn on the job.
Skills/background needed: No previous experience is necessary. You should be comfortable writing clear sentences in English, happy to learn new tools, and able to follow guidance. Curiosity about technology and a willingness to improve your writing are more important than qualifications. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome.
