Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our customer support team as an entry-level chat representative. No prior experience is needed, and full training is provided. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home or anywhere that suits you.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions through live chat in a clear, helpful and professional way. Build positive relationships with customers and help them feel valued. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Work with team members to share ideas and improve the customer experience. Keep simple records of your conversations and follow up where needed.
Skills/background needed
No degree or previous experience required. Good written communication and a friendly attitude are the most important things. Comfort using a computer and a team chat app is helpful. You should be willing to learn, take feedback, and work well with others. Full training is provided to help you get started.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
