Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. You should be comfortable using a computer, writing clearly in English, and learning new tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email is a plus, but we will teach you everything else you need.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our remote customer support team as chat assistants. This is a beginner-friendly work-from-home role where you will help customers by answering questions, resolving simple issues, and sharing information through online chat.
Day to day you will respond to customer messages in a chat system, keep clear notes on each conversation, follow simple steps to solve common problems, and pass more complex questions to the right team member. You will work closely with a supportive team and receive full training during the onboarding process.
This is a fully remote position, so you can work from home or from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn matter more than experience. Opportunities for growth are available for people who do well.
