We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This entry-level role is focused on helping customers by chat, email, and web requests, and no prior experience is needed—full training is provided.
Roles: Respond to customer questions by chat, email, and web requests, prepare quotes and order details, keep customer profiles up to date, process orders, and prepare shipping paperwork while making sure everything is accurate.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable with basic computer tools like Microsoft Word and email, and be able to manage a few tasks at once. Strong communication and teamwork skills matter more than experience—beginners are welcome.
This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home or anywhere. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you get started.
