We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our customer service team as entry-level representatives. This is a fully remote role, and no prior experience is necessary — full training is provided.
Roles: Handle incoming customer calls about products, help resolve general service questions, and make friendly outgoing calls to existing and prospective customers. You will also process customer orders, share tracking and delivery information, review accounts for new opportunities, and prepare simple daily spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time or part time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: No experience required. Good listening skills, basic organisation, and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel. A willingness to learn and a helpful attitude matter most. Full training is provided.
