Roles: We are looking for friendly, organized people to join our team as entry-level customer service chat agents. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers with questions about products, place and track orders, and keep accurate records. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

Skills/background needed:
• Reliable, organized, and careful with details.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage several tasks at once and stay on schedule.
• Basic computer skills, including email and searching for information online.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
You will respond to customer messages, enter orders, check inventory, and choose the most cost-effective shipping option. You may also help with returns and work with teammates to keep customers happy. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from anywhere and set a schedule that fits your life.
