Roles: We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to join our remote team and help customers have a great experience. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• A friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfort using a computer and basic online tools
