Roles: Customer Relationship Representative
We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team and help customers make smart financial decisions. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. If you enjoy talking with people and want to build a career, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Build trusting relationships with customers through phone, chat, and virtual channels. Learn about each customer’s goals and needs, then recommend simple solutions. Explain products and services in a clear, helpful way. Keep accurate customer and account records. Support customers with their everyday needs and follow up when needed.
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required, full training provided. Good communication and people skills. Comfort using a computer and basic digital tools. A willingness to learn and a helpful attitude. Must be able to complete a standard background check.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
