We are looking for a Content Writer to create plain-language guides that help everyday readers understand complex topics. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
Roles:
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
• Interview people and turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
Skills/background needed:
• Curiosity about how things work.
• Strong editing habits.
• A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
• Basic SEO knowledge is a nice to have.
Contract length:
Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons.
Rate:
