What you will do
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
• Interview staff and customers, then turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. Curiosity about how things work, strong editing habits, and a portfolio of clear, practical writing. Basic SEO knowledge is a plus but not required.
Work format: Full-time, steady weekday schedule. Fully remote — work from home or anywhere.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
