Day to day, you will answer customer questions in writing, follow up on open issues, keep simple records of your work, and pass more complex matters to the right team member. You will work through the onboarding process with support from your team and have opportunities for growth.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. You can work from anywhere, and a supportive team environment is part of the package.
