Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level chat support representatives to help customers online. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided.
What you will do:
Answer customer questions through online chat in a clear, helpful way.
Learn about the products and services we offer and share simple information with customers.
Guide customers toward the right options based on their needs.
Keep accurate notes and follow basic steps to support each customer.
Work with a supportive team and ask questions when you need help.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required — full training is provided.
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not essential.
Comfort using a computer and typing messages.
A friendly attitude and good communication skills.
A willingness to learn and follow simple instructions.
