Roles: We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as entry-level chat support representatives. In this fully remote role, you will help customers through online chat, answer basic questions, and guide them to the right information. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
• Respond to customer questions through live chat in a clear, helpful way.
• Guide customers to the right products, services, or support resources.
• Keep simple records of chats and follow up when needed.
• Work with your team to keep customers happy and informed.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience necessary – full training provided.
• Comfortable using a computer and typing clearly.
• Good written communication and a friendly attitude.
• Basic familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
• Must be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
