We are looking for beginner-friendly chat support associates to join a supportive remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training, so no degree or previous experience is necessary.
In this role you will respond to customer questions through online chat, help resolve simple issues, keep clear notes on each conversation, and pass more complex cases to the right team member. You will also keep track of ongoing chats and make sure every customer gets a helpful, friendly reply.
What we look for: a positive attitude, good written communication, patience, and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working from home, managing your own time, and following a short onboarding process.
This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. No phone calling is required.
