We are growing our team and looking for a Content Writer whose main focus will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management.
What you will do
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
What we are looking for
• Strong editing habits.
• Curiosity about how things work.
• A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
Nice to have
• Basic SEO knowledge.
Working arrangement
• Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons.
• Fully remote, work from home.
• Full training provided, no prior experience necessary.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
