About the Role
We are looking for a Blog and Article Writer to create informative, well-researched articles on topics readers genuinely search for: making extra income, reviewing gig apps, side hustle guides, and personal finance basics. No degree required – just strong writing, solid research habits, and the ability to meet a deadline. Full training and support are provided, so beginners are welcome.
Responsibilities
Write blog posts and articles on assigned topics, including the gig economy, side hustles, remote work, and personal finance. Research topics to ensure factual accuracy and add genuine value for readers. Optimize content for search engines using keywords, headers, internal links, and meta descriptions. Deliver clean copy that requires minimal editing. Meet agreed deadlines for every piece and respond to feedback professionally and promptly.
Skills/background needed
No degree required. Proven writing ability is a plus, but beginners with strong writing and research habits are encouraged to apply. A basic grasp of search engine optimization is helpful, and full training is provided. You should be able to research and write accurately without plagiarism, be deadline-driven and responsive, and work comfortably within a shared brand voice. Familiarity with Google Docs and WordPress basic editing is a bonus.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing contract work.
