We are looking for a friendly, beginner-welcome Betting Ticket Clerk to support customers with sports betting options. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will help customers feel welcome, answer their questions, and guide them toward informed decisions.
Skills/background needed:
• Willingness to learn and a positive, helpful attitude
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Excel)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to do simple math
• Comfortable handling cash and completing basic paperwork
• Able to follow rules and compliance requirements
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to grow into a permanent position.
