Roles: We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team as entry-level baristas. This is a work-from-home role, and full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed. If you enjoy a fast-paced, social environment and want to build new skills, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Prepare coffees, teas and specialty drinks following simple recipes. Serve food items and keep your work area clean, stocked and organised. Greet customers warmly, take orders and handle basic payments, and follow all health and safety guidelines. Basic math and counting skills are required, and you should be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Skills/background needed: No previous experience required. Basic math skills and the ability to read and communicate in English are required. You should be able to follow recipes and instructions. Food handling certification may be completed as part of the onboarding process.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
