What you’ll do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve common questions to keep families feeling supported. Explain policies, procedures, and paperwork in clear, simple terms. Review account details and give families steady updates as their application moves forward. Work across a few computer systems at the same time while keeping conversations calm and helpful. Handle payment and cost questions with care and discretion.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required and full training is provided. You should be comfortable talking with people by phone, show patience and empathy, and stay organized while switching between systems. Good written and spoken communication helps, and a quiet space to work from home is a plus.
Contract length: Temporary contract role with the potential to grow.
