We are seeking an Editorial Writer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop engaging content pieces, conduct interviews to uncover compelling stories, and work with subject matter experts across the business to create authentic, reader-focused material.
This is a content creation role focused on storytelling and editorial quality—not keyword optimization or content management system feeds. We’re looking for a writer who can extract meaningful narratives from conversations, structure them clearly, and shape them into pieces that genuinely engage readers.
Responsibilities:
• Write and develop articles for distribution across owned channels, social media, and external platforms
• Develop editorial pieces and co-authored content for targeted publications
• Source and shape authentic stories from clients and partners
• Conduct interviews with internal experts, clients, and partners to extract story angles and unique perspectives
• Support live programming, including webinars, podcast appearances, and recurring discussions
• Maintain a consistent editorial calendar across key topics
• Monitor the publishing landscape and identify gaps your voice can fill
• Assist with editorial reviews and feedback on content drafts
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify compelling stories
• Develop repeatable processes for sourcing, developing, and publishing stories
What we’re looking for:
• Passion for storytelling and clear writing
• Experience conducting interviews and extracting compelling narratives
• Familiarity with how editorial publications work, including pitching and co-authored pieces
• Comfort with plain text workflows and basic markdown
• Ability to work independently and set your own production pace
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow in a content-focused environment
Skills/background needed:Entry-level writing experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to tell clear, engaging stories. Prior experience in journalism, blogging, or editorial content is a plus but not required. Full training will be provided.
Contract length:Full-time, ongoing role
