Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused? We are looking for an Ecommerce Order Processing Support Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help make sure online orders are processed accurately and on time so customers have a great shopping experience. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
Roles:
Process online orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order accuracy and completeness before processing.
Monitor order status and help resolve delays or issues.
Answer customer questions about their online orders with friendly, prompt support.
Keep clear records of order activity and report concerns.
Work with team members to keep order processing running smoothly.
