Are you passionate about helping others? We are looking for a friendly and motivated Donor & Client Support Specialist to join our team and provide great support to donors and clients. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Roles: Respond to donor and client questions through live chat, provide helpful information, keep accurate records of each conversation, and work with team members to make sure every person receives friendly, timely support.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time and part time options available.
Skills/background needed: Good communication and people skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Full training is provided, and no degree or prior experience is required.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
