About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Reporter to create engaging news content across multiple platforms. You’ll report, shoot, and edit stories from home and in the field, breaking news and telling compelling stories that matter to our audience. This role combines writing, video production, and social media expertise into one dynamic position.
What you’ll do
Report, shoot and edit news stories; arrange interviews; research background information; pitch story ideas; write for web and social platforms; ensure content meets editorial standards; manage multiple assignments simultaneously; maintain knowledge of current events and online trends.
What we’re looking for
Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to shoot and edit video. Understanding of social media and how to engage audiences. Comfortable meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and working flexibly. A valid driver’s license is required. Full training on all equipment and processes provided. No prior professional experience necessary if you have enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
