About the role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. You’ll work with advertising, content, email, social media, and influencer programs while learning to use modern marketing tools and platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build out programs, create content, and learn how to reach audiences across different channels. No prior experience required – full training and support will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
• Help develop and execute digital marketing strategy, working to align campaigns with business goals
• Support digital advertising campaigns across different platforms, helping to reach the right audience
• Create and share content across social media, email, website, and other digital channels
• Work on email and SMS marketing programs, including campaigns and newsletters
• Support influencer marketing and partnership management initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools
• Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
• Learn to use modern marketing platforms and tools to streamline work and improve results
Skills/background needed:
• Passion for digital marketing and social media
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Basic experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms
• Detail-oriented and organized
• No prior marketing experience necessary – we provide full training
