We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will help with basic technical support and equipment coordination from the comfort of your own home.
Roles: Support light assembly and equipment preparation tasks, use hand and power tools, follow written instructions and diagrams, check component quality, keep clear records, and help with material handling. You will work closely with a supportive team and follow safety guidelines.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: 3 to 6 month contract
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using everyday tools are helpful, but full training is provided. You should be able to follow detailed instructions and work well with others. No degree or previous technical experience is required.
