We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will help clients and their families get the information and support they need while working from home. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Respond to client questions by chat and email, guide customers through basic product information, document interactions accurately, and work with teammates to resolve concerns. You will also help schedule follow-ups and keep records organized.
