We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles: Build relationships with customers, respond to questions and requests, and keep accurate records of every interaction. You will work closely with other team members to make sure customers feel supported and well looked after.

Skills/background needed: A genuine interest in helping people, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good attention to detail. You should be comfortable multitasking in a busy remote setting. Full training is provided, so a positive attitude matters more than experience.
