Roles: Customer Support Chat Representative
We are looking for a friendly, organized person to join our remote support team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will help customers through online chat, answer basic questions, and keep simple records so that every request is handled quickly and accurately.
What you will do:
• Respond to customer questions through online chat
• Keep track of requests and follow up until they are resolved
• Work with team members to solve scheduling or delivery issues
• Help create and follow simple steps that keep work consistent
• Log information accurately in shared systems
Skills/background needed:
• Clear written communication and a helpful attitude
• Comfortable learning new tools with training
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow guidelines and keep information private
