Skills/background needed:
No experience or degree required. You should be comfortable using a computer and a team chat app, have a friendly and helpful attitude, and be able to follow simple instructions. A quiet space and reliable internet are helpful for working from home.
What you will do:
Greet and assist customers through online chat, answer basic questions, help with returns or order issues, and keep conversations friendly and clear. You will also help spot and report concerns to keep the customer experience safe and positive.
Work format: Fully remote — work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Part-time shifts are available, with training and support provided.
