Skills/background needed: No prior experience required — full training provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful. Comfort with email, basic computer systems and clear written communication is all you need to start. A friendly, organized attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.
You will be the go-to contact for customers, helping with quotations, order entry, delivery schedules and everyday questions. You will coordinate with other teams to keep orders moving and resolve issues quickly, using email and a CRM system to track requests. Occasional phone support may be part of the day.
This is a fully remote role — work from home or anywhere. Beginners are welcome, and training covers the systems and processes you will use. Opportunities for growth are available for people who are organized, proactive and eager to help customers.
