We are looking for a friendly, beginner-level Customer Service Specialist to join our fully remote team. No prior experience is necessary – full training is provided, and all you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
In this work-from-home role, you will respond to customer questions, help resolve basic issues, and keep accurate records of each conversation. You will also direct more complex requests to the right team when needed.
Skills/background needed:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and listening skills
• Comfort using a computer, web browsers, and email
• Good spelling and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage your own tasks
• A team player with a helpful attitude
This position is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed from day one.
