We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. If you have a positive attitude and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Roles:
Handle customer questions and requests with a helpful, professional attitude while working from home. Support customers through chat and other channels. Prepare quotes, reservations, and simple order records. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and returning customers. Spot opportunities to connect customers with additional products or services. Guide customers on safe and correct product use. Coordinate with wider teams to keep deliveries and orders running smoothly. Keep your workspace and records organised and up to date. Take on other supportive tasks as needed.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required; full training is provided. Great relationship-building and customer service skills. Comfortable handling more than one task at a time. Strong teamwork and clear communication. Good attention to detail. A keen focus on safety. Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
