We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our customer support team. No prior experience is needed – if you enjoy helping people and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do:
– Answer customer questions through chat and online messaging
– Help customers with product suggestions and simple problem solving
– Keep a calm, friendly tone while handling several conversations
– Work with your team to meet daily goals and keep customers happy
Skills/background needed:
– A friendly, helpful attitude
– Clear written communication
– Willingness to learn and follow simple instructions
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to work at a quick pace while staying positive
Full training is provided, so you can start with no experience and build your skills as you go. This is a fully remote role – work from home or from anywhere that suits you.
