We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable working from home, this could be a great fit.
What you will do:
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales with new or existing customers, then follow up with a courtesy call to check customer satisfaction. Provide price quotes and product information, answer basic questions, and track the results of your calls. Back up inbound customer service when needed and help keep shared information organized. Training covers company products, systems, and call procedures.
Skills/background needed:
A high school diploma is helpful but not required. No degree, no experience, and no prior call center work are needed. You should have clear speaking skills, good organizational habits, and basic comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is a plus. Full training is provided, and a supportive team environment is there to help you learn.
