Roles: We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our customer service team as entry-level representatives. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
You will handle incoming calls and online messages from customers in a courteous, efficient way. You will help with orders, answer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and work with other teams to make sure customers get the support they need. You should be comfortable using a computer, be a quick learner, and stay calm and helpful when problems come up.
Skills/background needed: No experience or degree required. We provide full training. You should be reliable, detail oriented, and able to type at least 30 words per minute. Good communication skills and a positive, team-friendly attitude are important. A background in healthcare or medical equipment is a plus, but not required.
Contract length: Full time, with the option to move into a permanent role over time.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
