Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, beginner-level Customer Service Rep to support customers by phone, chat, and written messages. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Answer customer questions and help resolve issues.
– Route specialist questions to the right team member.
– Take orders and enter them into the computer system.
– Learn product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
– Keep accurate records and details.
Skills/background needed
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Comfortable talking with the public.
– Good computer skills and attention to detail.
– Strong written and verbal communication.
– Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
