Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. You must be at least 16 years old. Basic communication and keyboard skills are helpful.
We are hiring friendly, motivated people to join our remote customer service team. In this work-from-home role, you will answer customer questions, process orders over the phone and online, and help keep things running smoothly.
Day to day, you will take and process telephone orders, enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen, handle basic math and make correct change, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Full training is provided, so you can learn as you go.
There are opportunities to grow into more senior roles if that interests you. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere. A supportive team environment and a flexible schedule make it easy to fit around school, friends, or another job.
