This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience or degree required. What you will do:
• Support customers with questions, concerns, and problem resolution in a caring, professional way.
• Help maintain accurate daily checklists and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments to keep communication clear.
• Provide general upkeep support and report issues as they come up.
• Assist customers over chat and other channels with a friendly, can-do attitude.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience necessary — full training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to learn and help others.
