Role Overview
This entry-level role supports a manager by observing, documenting, and improving how work flows between customer service and other teams. It is an operations and systems role, not a sales or customer service position. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

Observe day-to-day workflows and note gaps, delays, and handoff issues. Write clear process notes and checklists. Support tracking of recurring issues and suggest simple improvements. Help with quality checks of chat and call records, and summarize findings for your manager. Keep trackers and dashboards tidy and present data in short, useful summaries. When core tasks are under control, assist with other operational needs.

Comfort working across multiple computer systems at once, including spreadsheets and internal tools. Clear, professional writing. Ability to learn new software quickly. Basic comfort with modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted platforms, is helpful. Organized, detail-oriented, and good at spotting patterns. No degree or prior experience required.
