We are looking for friendly, outgoing people to join our team as Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors. In this entry-level remote role, you will talk with customers about their vehicle needs and help recommend the right services. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
Roles: Speak with customers by phone or chat, understand their vehicle concerns, suggest appropriate services, and provide a great customer experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time and part-time options available.
Skills/background needed: A valid driver’s license is required. Strong communication and selling skills are helpful. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required, and beginners are welcome.
