Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. You should be comfortable using a computer and a team chat app, and happy helping customers by written chat. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not essential.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our remote customer support team. In this work-from-home role, you will answer customer questions by live chat, help resolve simple service issues, and pass more complex cases to the right team. Everything is done online, so you can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
This is a great first step into customer service. Full training is provided, you will have a supportive team around you, and there are opportunities to grow into a permanent role. Our chat support team is growing, and we would love to hear from you.
