Roles: Customer Service Chat Associate
We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our customer support team as entry-level chat associates. No prior experience is required — full training is provided, and you will work from home.
What you will do:
Answer customer questions through online chat in a clear, helpful way. Solve simple problems, share product information, and follow up until each customer is satisfied. Keep notes on conversations so the team stays organised.
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable typing and reading on a computer. Good written communication and a patient, positive attitude. Able to follow instructions and work with a supportive team. No degree and no previous customer service experience required.
