We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Service Chat Associate to be the first point of contact for customers. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who is coachable and eager to learn — no prior experience is needed and full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
• Answer customer questions by live chat and help them understand our services
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits
• Keep your workspace organized and professional
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and people skills
• A proactive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual is a bonus
